Well, here is the second Yu-Gi-Oh Card, as promised. 
(And of course it's both, traditional as well as digital art...all in one like before xD)
Ah yeah, Ebby is simply for me the coolest dragon I've ever seen
....and Silvvy the cutest one! That's it! 
I also hope you like Ebby's effect too
His double 00 ATK and DEF is definately something special!

I think can actually come up with a legit effect going by what's being said here:
[Dragon/XYZ/Effect]
ATK 00/ DEF 00
2 Level 12 Dragon-Type Monsters
When this card is Special Summoned to the field, it must be summoned in Attack Position. If this card is changed to Defense Position, the controller of this card takes 4000 points of damage. This card gains 100 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to this monster. Once per turn, during you Main Phase, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to activate one of the following effects:
-Banish all monsters your opponent controls.
-This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card inflicts damage to your opponent's Life Points, you win the Duel. (special attack of your choosing)
-Negate the effects of all monsters your opponent control and decrease their ATK and DEF to 0. This effect remains active until the end of the Duel. (Opponent's monsters give up voluntarily)
The "gained ATK" is there so that the 2nd effect has some leverage.
